📌Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, implementation and delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project governance, infrastructure delivery, vendor management, stakeholder coordination and risk management. The role involves coordinating infrastructure, network, security and application teams while ensuring smooth implementation, release readiness and proper BAU handover in accordance with SGX standards.

🎯Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Project Planning and Governance

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.

• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones and implementation timelines.

• Coordinate resources and vendors for cabling, hardware movement and infrastructure activities.

• Establish project governance, reporting and escalation processes.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

2️⃣ Stakeholder and Vendor Management

• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security and application teams.

• Manage third-party vendors and service providers.

• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions and steering committee updates.

• Provide regular status reports covering project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.

• Ensure effective communication across project stakeholders.

3️⃣ Risk and Issue Management

• Identify project risks, dependencies and potential delivery challenges.

• Develop mitigation and contingency plans.

• Drive issue resolution across technical and business teams.

• Escalate critical blockers and ensure timely resolution.

4️⃣ Infrastructure Delivery Oversight

• Oversee the design, build, configuration and testing of infrastructure components.

• Track readiness of servers, storage, network, cloud, security, monitoring, backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) components.

• Ensure technical deliverables comply with architecture and operational standards.

• Coordinate technical reviews, approvals and implementation sign-offs.

5️⃣ Change and Release Management

• Manage implementation schedules and maintenance windows.

• Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) approvals and change management activities.

• Ensure implementation and rollback plans are documented and validated.

• Oversee cutover planning, infrastructure migration and deployment activities.

• Ensure smooth implementation with minimal operational disruption.

6️⃣ Testing and Validation

• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance, security and operational testing.

• Track defects, remediation activities and testing sign-offs.

• Ensure end-to-end validation across infrastructure domains.

7️⃣ Documentation and BAU Handover

• Ensure project documentation, operational procedures and runbooks are completed.

• Coordinate knowledge transfer to Operations and Support teams.

• Ensure all infrastructure configurations and deliverables are reviewed and signed off.

• Coordinate project kick-off activities and ensure relevant teams are engaged.

• Ensure release readiness requirements and SGX standards are met.

• Manage final project acceptance, closure approvals and proper BAU handover.

🎓Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management or Infrastructure Delivery.

• Strong experience in project planning, governance, execution and delivery.

• Experience coordinating infrastructure, network, security and application teams.

• Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.

• Understanding of servers, storage, networking, cloud infrastructure, backup and Disaster Recovery (DR).

• Experience with infrastructure migration, deployment, cutover and implementation activities.

• Knowledge of ITIL, incident, problem and change management processes.

• Familiarity with CAB approvals, SIT, UAT and release management.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills.

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments would be advantageous.

• Exposure to SGX project governance and release readiness standards would be an advantage.
