We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a permanent Director of Rehabilitation opportunity in Concord, CA. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with team development, operational oversight, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

·        Lead day-to-day rehabilitation department operations.

·        Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, documentation, and quality outcomes.

·        Mentor and support therapy clinicians and assistants.

·        Collaborate with facility leadership and the interdisciplinary care team.

·        Support recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and retention.

·        Maintain compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

·        Graduate of an accredited rehabilitation therapy program.

·        Active applicable state professional license in good standing.

·        Previous SNF/post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred.

·        Rehabilitation leadership or management experience strongly preferred.

·        Strong leadership, communication, organization, and team-building skills.
