About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP ABAP Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP BTP, ABAP, ABAP on HANA, CAP, Fiori/UI5, and integrations. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customising, integrating, and supporting SAP solutions while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP applications and custom objects.
  
• Work on SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry and SAP CAP/CAPM applications.
  
• Develop and maintain CDS Views, OData services, APIs, Fiori and UI5 applications.
  
• Configure and work with BTP services including HANA Cloud, XSUAA, Destinations, Workflow and Document Services.
  
• Handle integrations with SAP, third-party, and non-SAP systems.
  
• Work on IDocs, Proxies, Workflows, Reports, Forms, Interfaces and Enhancements.
  
• Perform code reviews, debugging, unit testing, performance optimization and quality checks.
  
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation.
  
• Collaborate with architects, developers and business stakeholders.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BTP & ABAP.
  
• 5–10 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
  
• Experience with ABAP on HANA.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP CAP/CAPM and Cloud Foundry.
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori, UI5, CDS Views and OData.
  
• Experience with BTP integrations, APIs, OAuth, Destinations and XSUAA.
  
• Knowledge of HANA Cloud, Workflow and BTP security/configuration.
  
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented ABAP.
  
• Experience with SAP integrations including IDoc, Proxies and third-party systems.
  
• SAP ABAP Certification is preferred/required.
  

Good to Have:

• Java or Node.js knowledge.
  
• Adobe Forms / Smart Forms.
  
• HANA Migration experience.
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software design principles.
  
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech, MCA or equivalent qualification.
  
• SAP ABAP Certification.
