SAP FICO Functional Consultant

As a SAP FICO Functional Consultant, you will:

• Provide independent functional consulting expertise across SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and SAP Controlling (CO).
  
• Support temporary projects, SAP implementations, optimizations, and finance transformation initiatives within complex international environments.
  
• Analyse, improve, and optimize financial processes using SAP FICO.
  
• Support tax compliance, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing structures from both finance and SAP perspectives.
  
• Translate complex finance and tax requirements into practical and effective SAP solutions.
  
• Work closely with Finance, Tax, IT, and external advisors to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
  
• Contribute hands-on to project activities while working independently and taking ownership of assigned deliverables.
  
• Support organizations in improving financial processes, system functionality, and operational efficiency.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6-8 years of professional experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant or in a closely related SAP Finance consulting role.
  
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP ERP Financial Accounting (FI).
  
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP ERP Controlling (CO).
  
• In-depth knowledge of tax and transfer pricing.
  
• Experience working with tax compliance, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing structures.
  
• Proven experience supporting SAP projects, implementations, and system optimizations.
  
• Experience working within complex international finance environments.
  
• Strong understanding of financial processes and their translation into SAP solutions.
  
• Ability to work independently and add value quickly within existing teams and projects.
  

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Analyse complex financial and tax-related requirements and convert them into practical SAP FICO solutions.
  
• Understand and improve end-to-end financial processes.
  
• Work effectively across Finance, Tax, IT, and external advisory stakeholders.
  
• Communicate complex SAP, finance, tax, and transfer pricing topics clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
  
• Work independently with a hands-on and results-driven approach.
  
• Manage priorities effectively while maintaining a strong focus on quality, flexibility, and deadlines.
  
• Adapt quickly to existing project environments, processes, and teams.
  
• Identify issues and provide practical solutions in complex international settings.
