Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced TIBCO Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between TIBCO platforms, custom applications, and various APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with TIBCO integration technologies and the ability to work with custom applications, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO technologies.
  
• Integrate TIBCO solutions with custom applications, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party systems.
  
• Develop, configure, test, and troubleshoot integration interfaces and workflows.
  
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
  
• Work with development and business teams to identify integration requirements and resolve technical issues.
  
• Perform API integration, data transformation, error handling, and troubleshooting.
  
• Support existing TIBCO integrations and enhance them based on evolving business requirements.
  
• Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and performance optimization.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and interfaces.
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO integration technologies.
  
• Experience integrating custom applications and APIs.
  
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
  
• Experience with API development, integration, data transformation, and troubleshooting.
  
• Understanding of XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL, and related integration standards.
  
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW/BW6) and related TIBCO tools.
  
• Experience with enterprise application integration and middleware environments.
  
• Knowledge of messaging technologies and API management.
  
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
  
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
