General Management Specialist(𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻 / 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱)

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

You will be the right hand of the department manager, handling day-to-day administration, attendance and records, and coordination between production, material, warehouse and quality teams.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

🔺 Handle daily administration, meetings and general coordination within the department

🔺 Maintain and verify employee attendance, leave, overtime and attendance exceptions

🔺 Organize and maintain production, material and departmental documents and records

🔺 Support production planning, progress tracking and key task implementation

🔺 Collect and consolidate production, material and workforce data and prepare routine reports

🔺 Coordinate operational matters across production, material, warehouse, quality and other functions

🔺 Support employee onboarding, training, uniform and PPE distribution

🔺 Perform other general administration and coordination tasks assigned by the department manager

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

🔺 Diploma or above; Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration or related majors preferred

🔺 1+ years of experience in manufacturing administration, production support or general administration preferred

🔺 Industry experience in two-wheelers, home appliances or mobile phones will also be considered

🔺 Proficient in Word, Excel and other office software with basic data analysis skills

🔺 Good communication, execution and cross-functional coordination skills

🔺 Detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

🔺 Chinese language ability is required

🔺 Employment: Full time

🔺 Location: Lahore (Raiwind Road plant, currently working from the DHA building or Yadea offline shop)

🔺 Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 46 hours per week

🔺 Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (lunch break 12:00 to 1:00 PM; Friday break 12:00 to 3:00 PM)

🔺 Probation: 3 months

🔺 Joining: Urgent
