Learning & Leadership Development Consultant

Are you an experienced learning, training or people-development professional looking for a different way to use your skills?

This remote role brings together learning, leadership development, communication and personal growth within an established global education business.

You’ll use your ability to communicate, build relationships and support others while following a structured business development process.

The role includes digital marketing, connecting with people who have expressed interest in leadership and personal development programs, conducting brief conversations and following established systems.

This is an independent, performance-based role, with flexibility to manage your own schedule. Many people begin alongside existing commitments, with around 15–20 hours per week.

Requirements

You’ll ideally have strong communication skills, be organised and self-directed, and be comfortable working independently within a structured process.

An interest in leadership, lifelong learning and personal development is important.

8+ years of professional experience preferred.

Not suitable for students or those new to the workforce.
