Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent medical qualification recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
  
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or ICU settings.
  
• Valid registration with the State Nursing Council or relevant medical licensing body.
  
• Proficiency in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), basic life support (BLS), and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certifications.
  
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills under pressure.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to manage high-stress environments.
  
• Competency in using ICU-specific equipment including ventilators, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
  
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning in critical care.
  
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
