Role Profile
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to track workflows, facilitate team communication, and ensure deliverables meet strict quality standards. In this fully remote role, you will help bridge creative ideas and technical execution, maintaining schedule momentum, organizing project documentation, and keeping cross-functional tasks strictly on schedule.

Core Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: Monitor daily tasks, track timelines, and update project management software to keep deliverables moving toward completion.
  
• Team Facilitation: Coordinate communications between creative, technical, and strategy teams to resolve bottlenecks and clarify task briefs.
  
• Documentation & Assets: Organize project folders, store creative files, and maintain accurate logs of project milestones and assets.
  
• Quality & Review Checks: Audit incoming deliverables for compliance with client briefs, formatting guidelines, and quality benchmarks before final submission.
  
• Schedule & Deadline Tracking: Anticipate potential delays, flag scheduling conflicts early, and adjust timelines in response to changing project scope.
  
• Client & Leader Briefings: Draft progress reports, gather status updates, and participate in project kickoff and review meetings.
  

Candidate Qualifications

• Project Management Track Record: Proven experience in project coordination, administrative support, or workflow management within creative or digital teams.
  
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or Jira) and shared workspaces (Google Workspace/MS Office).
  
• Process Orientation: Exceptional organizational habits, keen eye for detail, and a structured approach to multitasking under deadlines.
  
• Technical Setup: Access to a high-performance computer setup and reliable high-speed internet for seamless remote collaboration.
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey task requirements clearly and maintain productive team rapport.
  

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of digital media workflows, video production, or software deployment cycles.
  
• Familiarity with time-tracking software and agile/kanban task frameworks.
  

Compensation & Working Details

• Hourly Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 / hour (commensurate with experience).
