Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Backend / Full Stack to join a fast-growing global technology company building scalable, cloud-based software products. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in developing robust backend services, high-throughput APIs, distributed systems, and production-grade applications.

In this role, you will collaborate with an international engineering team to solve complex technical challenges, improve system performance, and deliver high-impact features.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain highly scalable backend services, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
  

• Database Management: Structure, optimize, and manage both SQL and NoSQL database solutions for optimal speed and reliability.
  

• System Performance: Engineer backend systems for high availability, low latency, and efficient resource utilization across cloud environments.
  

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with frontend engineers, product managers, DevOps, and data teams to deliver seamless features.
  

• Engineering Standards: Lead architectural design discussions, conduct code reviews, write comprehensive unit and integration tests, and champion clean code practices.
  

• Operations & Reliability: Integrate services into CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot complex production issues, and enhance overall system reliability and monitoring.
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on professional software engineering experience in production environments.
  

• Core Languages: Strong proficiency in at least one modern language: Python, Go (Golang), Java, or Node.js.
  

• System Design: Solid foundation in software architecture, design patterns, microservices, and REST API development.
  

• Databases: Hands-on experience working with relational databases (SQL) and data modeling.
  

• Cloud & DevOps Tools: Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Git version control, and CI/CD automated workflows.
  

• Containerization: Experience working with Docker and exposure to Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  

• Communication & Remote Work: Excellent problem-solving skills and strong English verbal and written communication skills to thrive in a distributed, international team.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Tech Stack Highlights: Advanced proficiency with Go, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Kafka.
  

• Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform or dynamic cloud infrastructure provisioning.
  

• Architecture: In-depth knowledge of event-driven architecture and message-queue management.
