Sales Executive

Our client is a healthcare supplies company on a mission to make high-quality medical products more accessible and affordable for customers across Canada and the USA.

As a Sales Executive, you will work with customers and institutions that are critical to the company’s growth, including Canada’s government healthcare sector. This is a lean, fast-paced team, so we need people who are versatile, show leadership, and enjoy taking on new challenges.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

🔺 Handle inbound customer calls and make outbound calls to drive sales of products and services

🔺 Reach out to new customers and introduce our products and services

🔺 Support customers who are unsure about buying and answer their questions

🔺 Prepare and send quotes, offers, and contracts to the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services

🔺 Follow up with customers to move them toward a purchase

🔺 Track sales and prepare sales reports

🔺 Keep up with the market and competitors, and find new ways to grow sales

🔺 Work with the marketing team to reach new customers and promote special offers

🔺 Stay polite, helpful, and professional in every customer interaction

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

🔺 University degree in business, sales, health, or a related field

🔺 1 to 2 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets

🔺 Strong communication skills, able to build trust with customers and close sales

🔺 Very good spoken English, clear and confident on calls

🔺 Comfortable dealing with customers across Canada and the USA

🔺 Prior experience working with international customers

🔺 Ability to plan how to find new customers and grow sales

🔺 Good at building client relationships and understanding what they need
