Requirements

Required Skills

• 12–15+ years of overall experience in SAP, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO).
  
• Proven experience leading at least two large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs.
  
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Finance Conversion.
  
• Strong experience in financial data migration, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
  
• Experience collaborating with global finance stakeholders, including CFO organizations, Controllership, and Shared Services.
  
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
  
• Experience managing multi-vendor engagements and global delivery teams.
  

Hiring Process: The interview process is strict and typically involves 3 to 4 rounds:

1. HR Screening and comprehension assessment.
   
2. Technical evaluation (potentially involving a panel).
   
3. A required final in-person meeting with management.
   

Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 per annum, contingent upon technical evaluation results. (Base salary for consultant-level roles starts around $90K–$110K, with senior roles generally capped at $135K base).
