• Backend: Design and develop scalable backend services for a high-performance FinTech SaaS platform

• Education: Bachelor or master studies in computer science or similar fields
• Experience: 3 years of Java backend development and experience in people management and coaching
• Skills: Strong with Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, communication skills and fluent in English (C1)
• Attitude: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset as well as passion and empathy for people
• Location: You are already living in Bratislava or the surrounding region and can be on-site regularly (2 days(week). This role is intended for locally based candidates - relocation is not part of this position.
