About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first person customers meet when they visit our dealership. You'll build relationships, learn about each customer's needs, and help them find the perfect vehicle to match their lifestyle and budget.

From the initial greeting to handing over the keys, you'll guide customers through the entire buying experience while creating a positive, stress-free journey they won't forget.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude and create an outstanding first impression.

• Build strong relationships by learning about each customer's needs, preferences, and budget.

• Become an expert on our vehicle inventory, features, technology, and financing options.

• Recommend vehicles that best fit each customer's lifestyle and goals.

• Guide customers through every step of the sales process, including vehicle demonstrations, test drives, financing introductions, and final delivery.

• Answer questions confidently and provide honest, solution-focused recommendations.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Collaborate with managers, finance professionals, and teammates to deliver an exceptional dealership experience.

Compensation

This is a Base Pay + Commission opportunity with excellent earning potential. Successful Sales Consultants typically earn between $75,000 and $150,000 annually, with top performers having the opportunity to earn even more.
