Support senior leadership with calendar, inbox, and task management. You keep the machine running so leadership stays focused on the work that moves the business.

What you'll own

Calendar, meetings, and scheduling conflicts across time zones
Inbox triage, drafting responses, and closing follow-up loops
Tracking tasks, deadlines, and action items so nothing slips
Meeting prep, notes, and outcome follow-through
Coordinating with internal team and external stakeholders
Handling confidential information with full discretion

Requirements

What you bring

2+ years as an EA or PA to senior leadership
Sharp written English and clean, professional communication
Strong organization and relentless follow-through
Proven ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping any
Hands-on with Zoho apps and task tools
Available during GST business hours and calendar
