Project Type: Large Commercial Development (Composite Structure)
Project Location: BKC, Mumbai

Mandatory Screening Criteria

Candidate should have experience working with PMCs.
Candidates from Developers, Builders, Contractors or EPC organizations will not be considered, without relevant PMC experience.
Strong experience in handling large commercial projects is mandatory (minimum 5 L sqft, end to end delivery).
Commercial project exposure should cover the entire project lifecycle, including:
- Pre-Construction (Design, vendor selection, contracts etc)
- Construction Execution
- Commercial Interior Fit-outs
Hands-on experience in Pre-Construction is absolutely mandatory for this positions.
Candidate should possess excellent:
- Client Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Team Management
- Leadership skills
- Communication & Presentation Skills
Candidate should have independently managed senior-level client interactions and coordination with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Experience mentioned in the JD is the minimum eligibility criteria and ideally should be post completion of Graduation.
Educational qualification is mandatory:
- BE/B.Tech (Civil)
- PG in Construction Management (NICMAR or equivalent) / MBA / PGDM from a recognized and affiliated institute.
- Construction Management course should be of a minimum 2-year duration.
