Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager – Electrical to oversee electrical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely execution, quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end electrical project activities from project initiation to completion.
  

• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
  

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  

• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cost control.
  

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
  

• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
  

• Support material planning, procurement, estimation, and project execution.
  

• Track project progress and prepare regular reports.
  

• Handle client communication and resolve project-related issues.
  

• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
  

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution/management.
  

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
  

• Experience in commercial/industrial electrical projects preferred.
  

• Knowledge of project planning, estimation, budgeting, and execution.
  

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
  

• Kannada proficiency is preferred/required for site coordination.
