Sales & Retention Assistant - Ukrainian & Russian Speaker

This is a remote position.

• We are looking for candidates who are located in Romania or Moldova
  
• This is a full time, US hours 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST (3:30PM - 12:00AM RO)
  
• Assist our Senior Sales and Retention agents in their sales and retention process
  
• Help gather the information from the prospect customer using our communication system (phone, IM and emails)
  
• Fill in the info gathered in various Forms, Applications, Carriers sites to generate quotes.
  
• Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately
  
• Make submissions to underwriters.
  
• Email management and follow-up with calls and emails for the missing information and documentation.
  

Requirements

• Must speak and write the Ukrainian and Russian language fluently
  
• Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal)
  
• Must pass background check
  
• PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must
  
• Higher education is a plus (business related preferred)
  
• Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must
  
• Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, being results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines
