We are looking for proactive Channel Partner Sourcing & BD Executives to identify,
onboard, and activate new channel partners — expanding our broker network and fuelling.

Identify and onboard new channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents across
Bangalore
Actively reach out, pitch, and build relationships with potential CP partners
Maintain regular engagement with the CP network to drive site visits and leads
Coordinate with the CP Manager and sales team for smooth partner activation
Track partner performance and maintain an updated CP database
Attend CP meets, events, and networking activities to expand reach

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in channel partner sourcing or business development in real
estate
Strong networking skills and a go-getter attitude
Existing relationships with brokers/agents in Bangalore is a strong plus
Good communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable with field work and frequent travel within the city
