ROLE OVERVIEW

UPS is hiring Customer Service professionals for a voice-based process. Candidates with excellent communication skills who can handle customer queries professionally are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer queries through voice calls
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
Maintain professional communication with customers
Follow process guidelines and quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Meet assigned productivity and service-level targets
