Senior Scrum Master, BI program (proactive)

Mandate Overview:

• The BI program is accountable for delivering value, but execution takes place within Desjardins Group teams, each tracking its own work. No mechanism currently links design to execution: teams lack reference points and metrics. The Scrum Master will design, with the project lead, a follow-up structure that does not yet exist, set it up with a core team and contributors, then run it in the field. The context, complex and heavy with dependencies, requires a senior profile. The client wants a profile close to the technical content, not a strictly methodological one.
  
• Target candidate: a senior Scrum Master who has set up, not only facilitated, an agile follow-up structure in an environment with multiple dependencies. Their resume shows involvement in the technical content of the work and metrics-based follow-up, from analysis through delivery.
  

Requirements

Required:

• Senior Scrum Master experience in a complex context with multiple dependencies
  
• Setting up a non-existent agile follow-up structure (ceremonies, dailies with a core team, follow-up forums with contributors)
  
• End-to-end follow-up, from pre-analysis to delivery, with metrics
  
• Technical profile, involved in the content of the work
  
• PSM, CSM, or SAFe certification (Scrum Master level or higher: SSM, SASM, SPC)
  

Preferred:

• Interest in the program content (BI, data, AI)
  
• Working in tandem with a project manager or project lead
