Jedox EPM Implementation Architect
(Permanent AU Dayshift, Remote/WFH Philippines)

   Compensation: ₱150,000–₱200,000+/month, depending on experience and technical capability

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Jedox EPM Solution Architect to design, build and optimize enterprise performance management, financial planning and reporting solutions using the Jedox platform.

This is a hands-on architecture and implementation role for someone who understands both finance and technology.

You will work closely with finance, business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable Jedox solutions covering budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, P&L, cash flow and financial planning.

This is not a generic BI or reporting role.

We are looking for someone who can look at a business problem, understand the underlying financial process and independently determine the right data model, dimensions, cubes, ETL processes, business rules and reporting architecture.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Solution Architecture & Design

• Translate business and financial requirements into scalable Jedox solution architectures.
  
• Design multidimensional OLAP cubes, dimensions, hierarchies and financial models.
  
• Define appropriate data structures, relationships, calculations and business rules.
  
• Design solutions that support budgeting, forecasting, planning and management reporting.
  
• Make architecture decisions that balance usability, scalability, performance and maintainability.
  
• Review existing Jedox environments and recommend improvements and optimization opportunities.
  

2. Jedox Development & Implementation

• Build and configure Jedox models, cubes, dimensions and hierarchies.
  
• Develop business rules and calculations within Jedox.
  
• Build planning and forecasting models.
  
• Develop dynamic reports, dashboards and management reporting solutions.
  
• Configure and utilize Jedox Web and Excel Add-in capabilities.
  
• Develop reusable and scalable Jedox components and frameworks.
  

3. Data Integration & ETL

• Design and develop ETL processes using Jedox Integrator.
  
• Connect Jedox with databases, ERP systems, finance systems and other data sources.
  
• Extract, transform and load financial and operational data into Jedox.
  
• Work with SQL and relational databases to support data integration.
  
• Troubleshoot data quality, integration and transformation issues.
  
• Ensure data flows reliably and efficiently between source systems and Jedox.
  

4. Financial Planning & EPM

Design solutions supporting areas such as:

• Annual budgeting
  
• Rolling forecasts
  
• Financial planning
  
• P&L reporting
  
• Cash flow forecasting
  
• Management reporting
  
• Cost centre planning
  
• Revenue and expense planning
  
• Variance analysis
  
• Scenario planning
  
• Consolidation and performance analysis
  

5. Performance Optimization

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  
• Optimize cubes, dimensions, rules and data structures.
  
• Review ETL processes for efficiency and reliability.
  
• Improve report and dashboard performance.
  
• Ensure solutions remain scalable as data volumes and business requirements grow.
  

6. Stakeholder & Client Collaboration

• Work directly with finance, FP&A, business and IT stakeholders.
  
• Conduct requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  
• Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  
• Challenge inefficient processes and recommend better solutions.
  
• Support solution demonstrations, implementation discussions and technical workshops.
  
• Provide guidance and technical leadership throughout project delivery.
  

7. Ownership & Continuous Improvement

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned EPM solutions.
  
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Identify problems before they become project risks.
  
• Proactively recommend improvements rather than simply following instructions.
  
• Document architecture, models, integrations and technical decisions.
  
• Support troubleshooting, testing, deployment and continuous optimization.
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

ESSENTIAL

Jedox / EPM

• 3+ years of hands-on Jedox experience preferred
  
• Strong experience with Jedox Modeler and Jedox Integrator.
  
• Experience designing and building OLAP cubes, dimensions and hierarchies.
  
• Experience developing Jedox business rules and financial models.
  
• Experience building planning, budgeting and forecasting solutions.
  
• Strong understanding of EPM / CPM environments.
  
• Current Jedox certification required, preferably Professional, Implementation Expert or higher.

Strong practical experience with:

Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience in EPM, FP&A technology, BI, financial systems or related consulting.
  
• 3+ years of hands-on Jedox experience.
  
• Experience delivering EPM implementations or transformation projects.
  
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
  
• Experience owning solution design from requirements through implementation.
