As a Senior Mendix Developer, you will:

• Develop, modernize, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
  
• Design and implement scalable applications using Mendix 10/11.
  
• Create and maintain domain models, microflows, and nanoflows based on business and technical requirements.
  
• Develop and manage REST and SOAP integrations with internal and external systems.
  
• Utilize the Mendix SDK to extend platform capabilities and support advanced development requirements.
  
• Contribute to application modernization and migration initiatives.
  
• Participate in AI enablement and automation initiatives to improve application capabilities and business processes.
  
• Implement and maintain security and access management across Mendix applications.
  
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, releases, and application lifecycle activities.
  
• Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions for application defects and performance concerns.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability and availability.
  
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices throughout application development, testing, deployment, and support.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 8+ years of overall professional experience in application development, with strong experience in Mendix.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with the Mendix low-code platform, particularly Mendix 10/11.
  
• Solid expertise in Mendix domain modeling and application architecture.
  
• Strong development experience with Microflows and Nanoflows.
  
• Practical experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
  
• Experience working with the Mendix SDK for advanced application development and customization.
  
• Hands-on experience with application modernization, migration, and platform upgrades.
  
• Knowledge of AI-driven application development, AI enablement, and automation.
  
• Experience implementing security and access management within enterprise applications.
  
• Familiarity with security and identity technologies such as PAM, PAR, and Okta.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  
• Strong background in production support, troubleshooting, and technical analysis.
  

You should possess the ability to:

• Translate business and architectural requirements into effective Mendix application solutions.
  
• Design robust and maintainable application models using Mendix best practices.
  
• Develop efficient microflows and nanoflows for complex business processes.
  
• Analyze integration requirements and implement reliable REST/SOAP-based integrations.
  
• Identify technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot application and production issues effectively under time-sensitive conditions.
  
• Evaluate and implement opportunities for AI enablement and process automation.
  
• Apply appropriate security and access controls to enterprise applications.
  
• Collaborate effectively with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.
  
• Manage application changes through appropriate version control and release management practices.
  
• Adapt to Mendix platform upgrades and evolving enterprise technology requirements.
