Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced 9+ years Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in OmniStudio, Omni-Channel, Salesforce development, integrations, AI, and CI/CD.

Telecommunications / Media experience Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience across the full Salesforce development lifecycle: requirements gathering, technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Experience delivering large-scale, end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Omni-Channel, including configuration, development, and implementation.
Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components, including OmniScript, DataRaptor, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.

Experience with Omni-Channel routing, queues, skills-based routing, presence/status configuration, and agent workload management.

Good knowledge of Apex, OOP, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce design patterns.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, security, automation, Knowledge, Experience Cloud, Reports, and Dashboards.
Strong experience designing and developing REST API integrations using MuleSoft, Kafka, or other event-driven integration platforms.
Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or AI technologies, including AI-powered agents, generative AI, prompt engineering, AI automation, or integration of AI services with Salesforce.
Understanding of responsible AI practices, AI security, data grounding, and Salesforce AI capabilities is a plus.
Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Experience establishing CI/CD and Salesforce deployment pipelines using Git, Copado, or similar tools.
Proficiency with Jira, Git, VS Code, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong experience with Salesforce testing, debugging, performance optimization, governor limits, bulkification, and asynchronous Apex.
Experience supporting Salesforce production environments and resolving complex technical issues.
Strong communication, problem-solving, architecture, and collaboration skills.
