Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity:

• Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
  
• Schedule: Monday - Friday

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications, obtaining vital signs, performing treatments, and assisting providers with examinations and procedures.
  
• Coordinate patient care by documenting medical information in the electronic health record (EHR), communicating with providers, and educating patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
  
• Support daily clinic operations by triaging patients, scheduling appointments, managing referrals, maintaining exam rooms, and ensuring compliance with clinical policies and safety standards
  

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse License
  
• Atleast 2 years experience, preferably in an outpatient setting
