SENIOR UIPATH DEVELOPER – AGENTIC AUTOMATION & IXP

Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UiPath Developer to lead initiatives in Agentic Automation and Intelligent eXperience Platform (IXP) within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role focuses on designing and deploying advanced automation solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies to streamline complex business processes. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between traditional robotic process automation and emerging AI-driven agentic workflows, ensuring robust production support and strategic automation governance. This position is critical for driving innovation and operational efficiency, requiring a professional with extensive experience in orchestrating intelligent systems and integrating diverse data sources.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions utilizing UiPath Agentic Automation frameworks, including the development of autonomous agents via UiPath Agent Builder and Maestro.
  
• Design and manage UiPath IXP implementations to enhance intelligent eXperience platforms and optimize document processing workflows.
  
• Engineer sophisticated OCR capabilities for accurate document classification, data extraction, and validation across varied document types.
  
• Develop and maintain seamless integrations using REST APIs, handling complex data interchange formats such as JSON and XML to connect disparate enterprise systems.
  
• Oversee production support activities for automation assets, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and adherence to strict governance standards.
  
• Apply Azure OpenAI capabilities to enhance automation logic, utilizing prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts to enable dynamic decision-making within workflows.
  
• Manage automation queues and assets to ensure efficient task distribution and resource utilization in live environments.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 to 10 years of professional experience in the IT Services industry, with a significant portion dedicated to UiPath development.
  
• Proven expertise in UiPath Agentic Automation, including hands-on experience with UiPath Agent Builder, Maestro, and the IXP platform.
  
• Strong proficiency in implementing OCR solutions specifically for document classification and intelligent data extraction.
  
• Advanced technical skills in building integration services, with deep knowledge of REST APIs and data structures like JSON and XML.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage production support lifecycles, including asset management, queue handling, and the enforcement of automation governance policies.
  
• Competence in leveraging Azure OpenAI services, particularly in crafting effective prompts and applying RAG architectures to improve automation intelligence.
  
• A track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance automation solutions in enterprise environments.
