Inside Sales Executive

Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai

Working Hours: 11 a.m. – 08 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
Inbound Lead Handling: Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and convert them into opportunities.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
Sales Support: Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist in negotiations.
Pipeline Management: Track sales cycle stages, forecast opportunities, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
Collaboration: Work closely with field sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
Target Achievement: Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, conversions, and revenue.

Qualifications:

Graduate degree (mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English
Basic computer literacy and CRM usage.
Goal‑oriented mindset with resilience under pressure.
