Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and guiding them through the purchasing journey. You will be the primary point of contact, responsible for understanding client needs and presenting tailored insurance solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients through various virtual channels, including phone and video calls.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand individual and business insurance requirements.
• Present and explain insurance products and services clearly and effectively.
• Build strong rapport and trust with clients, even without in-person interaction.
• Manage and nurture your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive overall sales success.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive compensation structure with a base salary plus commission. Expected earnings range from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, with significant potential for growth based on performance.

Work Arrangement

This is an in-office, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have Property and Casualty Insurance or Life and Health Insurance license.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction across phone, video, and email.
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients remotely.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a sales pipeline.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
