As part of its continued development, the company is looking for Investment Controllers with a strong interest in AI, automation and process improvement.

Your Responsibilities

You will join a close-knit finance team and gain broad exposure to the activities of the funds and the different functions of the ManCo.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing NAV calculations prepared by fund administrators;
• Reviewing financial statements and periodic reports;
• Controlling financial data and fund transactions;
• Reviewing tax and regulatory matters, including FATCA and CRS;
• Coordinating with fund administrators, auditors and external service providers;
• Working closely with Risk, Compliance, Accounting, Corporate and Legal;
• Identifying processes that can be simplified, automated or improved through technology and AI;
• Contributing to the development of internal controls, reporting tools and more efficient workflows;
• Gradually becoming involved in broader operational and cross-functional projects.

This is not a NAV production role. Your focus will be on review, control, analysis and improvement, allowing you to develop a comprehensive understanding of Private Equity funds and the operation of an international AIFM.

Your Profile

Your background can come from different environments. You may currently work in fund accounting, fund administration, fund controlling or fund audit.

More importantly, the company is looking for someone who combines strong financial fundamentals with a technology-oriented and proactive mindset.

You ideally:

• Have between a few months and 3 years of relevant experience;
• Understand NAVs, financial statements and fund structures;
• Have exposure to alternative investments or Private Equity, although profiles from other fund environments may also be considered;
• Have a genuine interest in AI, automation and technology applied to Finance;
• Are comfortable with advanced Excel and ideally have exposure to tools such as Power Query, Power BI, VBA, Alteryx or similar technologies;
• Naturally question repetitive processes and look for more efficient ways of working;
• Are curious enough to experiment with new tools rather than simply following established procedures;
• Are fluent in English. French at B1/B2 level or above is an advantage.

You do not need to be an IT professional or developer. The company is primarily looking for someone with the mindset to understand a financial process, challenge it and identify how technology or AI could improve it.
