National Distribution & Service Centre Manager

Kolomoni Microfinance Institution (Gambia) is a CBG-licensed microfinance institution serving customers across The Gambia. We are recruiting a National Distribution & Service Centre Manager for our Merchant Business & Digital Payments function.

THE ROLE
You will lead national distribution and the service-centre network, ensuring field resources are deployed productively and every Area Council delivers consistent commercial, service and control outcomes. You will report to the Head, MBDP, and lead the Area Council Managers. The role is based at Central Office with national travel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and execute the national distribution and service-centre plan.
  
• Set location targets, resource allocation, coverage priorities and productivity standards.
  
• Lead, coach and hold Area Council Managers accountable for complete location scorecards.
  
• Coordinate recruitment, training, certification, deployment and performance review of field teams.
  
• Ensure consistent service-centre procedures, customer experience, asset security and reporting.
  
• Review market maps, route plans, field activity, acquisition quality and conversion performance.
  
• Reallocate resources and recommend expansion based on density, demand, productivity and unit economics.
  

Requirements

• Seven or more years in national sales, banking distribution, agency banking, retail operations or field-force management, including at least three years managing multiple locations or territories.
  
• Command of field-force economics — cost to acquire, productivity, payback.
  
• A bachelor's degree in business, banking, finance, marketing, operations or a related discipline.
  
• Willingness to travel nationally.
