Reportando al Maître y al F&B Operation Manager, será responsable de proporcionar un servicio de calidad que garantice la satisfacción de los clientes, de anticiparse a sus solicitudes y de responder positivamente a las peticiones especiales.MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:Responsable de ejecutar de manera cualificada, autónoma y responsable el servicio y venta de alimentos y bebidas desde el inicio hasta la entrega de la comanda.Atender todas las llamadas con las solicitudes de clientes, anticipándose constantemente a sus necesidades.Mantener siempre los carros de servicio y bandejas, limpias y preparadas para la próxima orden, siguiendo los estándares marcados.Las órdenes serán tomadas siguiendo los estándares de Sofitel y los tiempos marcados.Las comandas se servirán en los tiempos estipulados por los estándares y en la temperatura óptimaGestionar de forma eficaz su tiempo y productividad durante su turno de trabajo.Asegurar siempre una estación equipada y limpia para un buen funcionamiento del servicio para uno mismo y sus compañeros.Preparar adecuadamente tanto la “mise en place”, como la cubertería bien pulida, vasos y todo lo necesario para el servicio.Colaborar en el montaje, servicio y desmontaje de buffets así como colaborar con sus compañeros en la preparación y desarrollo de acontecimientos especiales.Tener siempre un conocimiento completo de la carta de comida y bebida, para ser capaz de explicar, recomendar y vender los platos para nuestros clientes.Seguir y completar las instrucciones dadas por sus superiores dentro del hotel.Asistir a reuniones de información y departamentales.Proporcionar un servicio eficiente, amable y profesional a todos los huéspedes.
