Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide strong leadership and technical direction throughout each project.

● Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in either Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

● Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience managing construction projects.

● Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, project planning, and cost control.

● Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

● Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Good understanding of construction regulations and health and safety requirements.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

● Valid driving licence.

● Fluency in English.
