Job Description – Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional to independently manage client accounts, taxation, GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliances. Experience in a Chartered Accountant firm is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage books of accounts for multiple clients.
  
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies.
  
• Handle GST returns, reconciliations, and ITC matters.
  
• Manage TDS compliance, filings, and statutory reporting.
  
• Prepare financial statements and support statutory and tax audits.
  
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and MCA regulations.
  
• Handle client queries and coordinate with tax authorities and government departments.
  
• Review and guide the work of junior accounting team members.
  

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
  
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm.
  
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Audit, Finalization of Accounts, and Statutory Compliance.
  
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, GST Portal, Income Tax Portal, and MCA Portal.
  
• Ability to independently handle client accounts and compliance assignments.
