Our team includes practitioners from different specialties who work together to help patients understand their health, recover from injuries and improve their long-term wellbeing.

About the Role

We're looking for a confident, proactive and patient-focused Clinic Sales Specialist to join our team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with patients, practitioners and Reception, helping patients understand recommended services and take the next step in their care.

We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, takes initiative and is comfortable working towards booking and conversion targets without putting pressure on patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with patients referred by practitioners and help them understand their next steps.
  

• Explain services, pricing and booking options clearly.
  

• Answer patient questions and help resolve concerns before booking.
  

• Refer clinical questions back to the appropriate practitioner.
  

• Work closely with Reception to arrange appointments.
  

• Follow up with patients who need more time before booking.
  

• Keep accurate records of referrals, conversations and confirmed bookings.
  

• Work towards agreed booking and conversion targets.What We Offer

Requirements

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
  

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  

• Experience in clinic sales, patient coordination or patient-facing customer service is an advantage.
  

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking directly with patients.
  

• Proactive, organised and comfortable taking initiative.
  

• Able to work towards sales and booking targets.
  

• Comfortable working closely with practitioners and Reception.
  

• A patient-focused approach, without aggressive sales techniques.
