Remote Chat Support & Customer Support Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Remote Support & Customer Success Specialist to serve as the frontline of client engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical and operational support to our clients while proactively ensuring their long-term success with our platform. You will troubleshoot issues, answer product-related questions, gather client feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. This is a remote, flexible position ideal for a solutions-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships and solving problems in a fast-paced financial technology environment.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering timely and accurate responses.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, operational, and account-related issues, escalating complex matters to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  
• Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our investment tools and services.
  
• Onboard new clients by guiding them through platform setup, features, and best practices.
  
• Document and track client interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions within the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
  
• Identify patterns in client concerns and collaborate with product and operations teams to recommend process improvements.
  
• Monitor client health metrics and risk indicators to reduce churn and drive retention.
  
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a customer support, client success, or account management role, preferably within a SaaS, or financial services environment.
  
• Resume-verifiable experience resolving client issues and managing support tickets in a remote setting.
  
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems and explain complex concepts in clear, simple language.
  
• Experience using CRM and support platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Intercom) to track and manage client interactions.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-first attitude.
  
• Comfort working in a remote position with minimal supervision and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
