Job Responsibilities

Read and understand basic construction drawings and reinforcement layouts.
Cut, bend, and fix reinforcement steel bars as per specifications.
Install and tie reinforcement bars for columns, beams, slabs, foundations, and other structures.
Ensure proper spacing, alignment, and positioning of reinforcement steel.
Use hand tools and equipment safely for cutting, bending, and tying steel.
Check reinforcement work before concrete pouring.
Coordinate with supervisors, carpenters, masons, and other site workers.
Follow all site safety rules and construction procedures.

Requirements

· Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Steel Fixer.

· Experience in building/construction projects preferred.

· Knowledge of reinforcement steel fixing, bar bending, and tying.

· Ability to understand basic construction drawings.

· Physically fit and capable of working at construction sites.

· Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
