Healthcare Operations Director

نُجري بحثاً سرّياً لتعيين مدير عمليات صحية لقيادة العمليات متعددة المرافق لمؤسسة صحية مقرّها مدينة جدة، بنظام العمل من الموقع بالكامل. تُعدّ جدة محوراً رئيسياً لبرنامج تحوّل القطاع الصحي في المملكة العربية السعودية، وهذه فرصة على مستوى الإدارة العليا لقائد عمليات قادر على تحمّل المسؤولية الكاملة عن الاعتماد والجودة والامتثال التنظيمي لوزارة الصحة على مستوى الشبكة بأكملها.

في هذا الدور، ستتولى المسؤولية اليومية عن العمليات السريرية والوظائف المساندة عبر شبكة صحية متعددة المرافق، وستقود جاهزية واستمرارية اعتماد الهيئة السعودية المركزية لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية (CBAHI)، وتضمن الامتثال لمتطلبات ترخيص وزارة الصحة (MOH) وأنظمتها التنظيمية. كما ستُشرف على المرافق الساعية للحصول على اعتماد اللجنة الدولية المشتركة (JCI) أو الحفاظ عليه، وتُواءم الأولويات التشغيلية مع أهداف برنامج تحوّل القطاع الصحي في المملكة المتعلقة بالوصول إلى الخدمة والجودة وتجربة المريض.

ستبني وتقود فريقاً من مديري عمليات المرافق والأقسام، وتعمل بالشراكة مع القيادة السريرية ووظائف الجودة وسلامة المرضى لضمان جاهزية دائمة للاعتماد، وتمثّل أداء العمليات أمام وزارة الصحة ومُقيّمي CBAHI والقيادة التنفيذية. كما ستقود التخطيط للطاقة الاستيعابية، والامتثال لمتطلبات السعودة في القوى العاملة، وتبنّي السجلات الصحية الرقمية عبر المرافق.

مؤهلات إضافية مرغوبة:

• خبرة مباشرة في قيادة دورات اعتماد CBAHI
• خلفية في تشغيل مرافق معتمدة من JCI
• إلمام بأولويات برنامج تحوّل القطاع الصحي السعودي
• خبرة في التراخيص والتنسيق التنظيمي مع وزارة الصحة
• إجادة عملية للغة العربية في سياق العمليات السريرية

We are conducting a confidential search for a Healthcare Operations Director to lead multi-facility operations for a healthcare organisation based in Jeddah, working on-site. Jeddah is a major hub for Saudi Arabia's Health Sector Transformation Programme, and this is a director-level opportunity for an operations leader who can own accreditation, quality, and MOH regulatory performance across the network.

In this role, you will own day-to-day operations across clinical and support functions for a multi-facility healthcare network, lead readiness and maintenance of Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) accreditation, and ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) licensing and regulatory requirements. You will direct facilities pursuing or maintaining Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation, and align operational priorities to the Kingdom's Health Sector Transformation Programme targets on access, quality, and patient experience.

You will build and lead a team of facility and department operations managers, partner with clinical leadership, quality, and patient safety functions on continuous accreditation readiness, and represent operations performance to the MOH, CBAHI surveyors, and executive leadership. You will also drive capacity planning, workforce Saudization compliance, and digital health record adoption across facilities.

Nice to Have:

• Direct experience leading CBAHI accreditation cycles
• Background with JCI-accredited facility operations
• Familiarity with the Saudi Health Sector Transformation Programme priorities
• Experience with MOH licensing and regulatory liaison
• Working knowledge of Arabic in a clinical operations context
