Clinical Audiologist

Staffing Proxy has partnered with SENTA Partners to find a Clinical Audiologist for Advanced ENT & Allergy in Louisville, KY. Advanced ENT & Allergy is part of the SENTA network and provides comprehensive ENT, allergy, and audiology care through a collaborative, patient-centered approach.

Position Overview

In this role as a Clinical Audiologist, you will focus on diagnostic audiology within a busy ENT setting, with no hearing aid sales. You’ll primarily work with adult patients while also seeing patients across the lifespan experiencing a variety of symptoms, including hearing loss, tinnitus, dizziness, and sudden hearing loss.

You’ll work closely with ENT physicians and other departments to assess patients and help guide their care. The busy clinical environment provides an opportunity to build strong clinical and decision-making skills while working alongside a close-knit audiology team that collaborates well and enjoys working together.

Scope of Practice

• Comprehensive adult diagnostic hearing evaluations
  
• Tympanometry
  
• Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE)
  
• Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR)
  
• Vestibular and balance testing, including ENG/VNG
  
• Electrocochleography (ECochG)
  
• Evaluation and treatment of benign positional vertigo (BPV/BPPV)
  
• Evaluation of hearing loss, tinnitus, dizziness, sudden hearing loss, and other audiologic/otologic concerns
