About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you'll manage your opportunities from initial contact through closing. You'll receive support, training, and a proven sales process while developing your communication, presentation, and closing skills.

What You'll Do

• Conduct sales consultations with prospective customers by phone and video.

• Build rapport and establish trust through professional, customer-focused conversations.

• Learn about each customer's needs, goals, and priorities.

• Explain life insurance and financial protection solutions clearly.

• Present relevant options and answer customer questions.

• Address concerns and objections professionally.

Compensation

Top-performing representatives may earn approximately $125,000–$240,000 annually, depending on individual performance and sales results.
