Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their entire investment real estate journey. This is a unique opportunity to own the client relationship from initial contact to closing, managing every step of the sales process independently. You'll develop deep expertise in real estate investment and hone your sales skills in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

No real estate license is required for this position. This is a sales role focused on real estate investment opportunities, and you do not need to hold a real estate license to apply.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and video calls, building immediate rapport and trust.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client investment goals and financial objectives.
• Present investment property opportunities, clearly articulating value propositions and potential returns.
• Manage and nurture your sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Address client inquiries and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless closing process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.
• Continuously learn about market trends and investment strategies to better serve clients.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential, with expected annual earnings ranging from $65,000 to $220,000 USD, driven by your performance and success in closing deals.

You can realistically earn over $4,000/week in this role if you put in the work and perform well.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with a 100% commission-based compensation structure.
• No real estate license required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have a personal vehicle.
• Must have a mobile device.
• Proficiency in communicating effectively across phone, video, and written channels.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients remotely.
• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
• A keen interest in real estate investment and a desire to learn.
