IndieTalent (2COMS Group) is looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Executives / Counselors who thrive in a target-driven environment and are passionate about guiding candidates toward the right career opportunities.

Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)

Counsel and guide candidates on suitable career opportunities
Convert leads into successful enrollments/closures
Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain engagement
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a target-driven role (Mandatory)
  
• Experience in counseling, sales, or student/career guidance
  
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
  
• Ability to handle pressure and consistently achieve targets
  
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
