Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Recruitment Manager to build and lead our hospitality recruitment and overseas staffing vertical. The role will focus on business growth, candidate pipeline, international placements, partnerships, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own hospitality recruitment targets, business pipeline, revenue, and delivery.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for overseas hospitality recruitment and migration.
  
• Build talent pipelines for Chefs, F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Hotel Operations roles.
  
• Develop relationships with hotels, hospitality institutes, ITIs, training centers, and recruitment partners.
  
• Identify and onboard domestic and international sourcing partners.
  
• Coordinate with overseas employers and understand manpower requirements.
  
• Lead bulk hiring, walk-in drives, institute hiring, and targeted recruitment campaigns.
  
• Manage and mentor the recruitment team and track performance/KPIs.
  
• Monitor market trends and identify new countries, employers, and business opportunities.
  
• Ensure smooth candidate screening, interviews, documentation, and deployment.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Hospitality Recruitment, Overseas Recruitment, International Staffing, or Manpower Consultancy.
  
• Strong understanding of the hotel and hospitality industry.
  
• Existing network with hotels, hospitality institutes, training centres, or recruitment agencies preferred.
  
• Experience in managing recruitment targets, teams, and business pipelines.
  
• Good understanding of overseas recruitment and international staffing processes.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, business development, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to independently build and grow a recruitment vertical.
