Requirements

NexGenTek is hiring AI Specialists to build and deploy enterprise-grade agent-based AI solutions for global clients. The role focuses on automation, AI integration, and data-driven decision systems across business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI agents and agentic frameworks
  
• Integrate AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Python
  
• Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities
  
• Build data-driven insights and AI models
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver production-ready solutions
  

Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML development
  
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering
  
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations and automation workflows
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
