Assistant Manager - Planning

1. Standardization and Methodology:
   • Monitor and ensure consistent adoption of project management practices.
     
   • Define, document, and disseminate standardized frameworks to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
     

1. Project Governance:
   • Develop governance frameworks and set project approval and closure guidelines.
     
   • Ensure projects comply with organizational standards.
     

1. Project Planning and Initiation:
   • Support in templates and guidelines for planning and initiation.
     
   • Review project plans for alignment with organizational goals.
     

1. Resource Management:
   • Collaborate with concerned departments to facilitate project-wise requirement of resources.
     
   • Monitor resource allocation across projects to address inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
     

1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
   • Develop and maintain project performance metrics, reporting systems and dashboards.
     
   • Track project performance data and provide regular updates to senior management on project status, performance, and outcomes.
     
   • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement
     

1. Stakeholder & Change Management:
   • Review communication protocols and change management processes developed by Departments.
     
   • Facilitate collaboration and communication among project teams and stakeholders.
     

1. Financial Monitoring Support:
   • Establish Budget creation.
     
   • Review of financial and variance reports prepared by Finance.
     

1. Technology and Tools:
   • Work across the organizations to identify and recommend business management software.
     
   • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve business processes.
     
   • Ensure effective adoption of business management software.
     

1. Documentation and Knowledge Management:
   • Ensure maintenance of a centralized repository.
     
   • Facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain data/information for future reference.
     

1. Quality Assurance:
   • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
     
   • Conduct project audits and reviews to ensure compliance with PMO processes and standards.
     
   • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
