What You'll Do:

🔎 Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.

🤝 Partner with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

📝 Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for available roles.

📞 Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

🎯 Keep candidates informed with timely updates, feedback, and support throughout their recruitment journey.

📝 Maintain accurate candidate profiles and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

🔎Build and nurture positive candidate relationships while delivering an engaging and professional recruitment experience.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Any Bachelor's degree

✅ Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
