Require a Business Development Specialistin Harare ,Zimbabwe

Research market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and emerging markets to expand the customer base.

Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, aligning with the company's overall strategic goals.

Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers and partners.

Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals and coordinate with marketing team to close deals.

Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and manage existing contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.

Work closely with internal teams such customer service, learning, IT, marketing, registry, admin, and finance to ensure a unified approach to business development.

Monitor and report on performance, business development activities, and key metrics to senior management.

Requirements

Undergraduate Degree in a business-related field

A business-related Master’s Degree or a professional qualification in marketing will be an added advantage

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
