Job Title: Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor

Location: Fiji

Experience: 7+ years of experience in Building Construction

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
Supervise construction activities and monitor site progress.
Plan work schedules and manage workforce attendance.
Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors as per project priorities.
Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and safety equipment.
Enforce workplace safety standards and maintain project timelines.

Salary: ₹1,16,000 per month

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of building construction procedures and equipment.
7+ years of relevant experience in building construction is mandatory.
Good English speaking and listening skills.
Age: 30 to 40 years.
