Two Live-out Security/Chauffeur req in Barnet/Tower Hill, £40k+ gpa, ASAP start

A private client is seeking two highly professional, discreet and security-conscious Live-out Security/Chauffeurs to provide safe, reliable and confidential transportation and practical support to the CEO.

The CEO is based between Barnet and Tower Hill and requires transportation to and from work, meetings, appointments and other destinations across London. The successful candidates will have excellent knowledge of London, strong driving skills and the ability to plan and adapt journeys efficiently.

A strong security, close protection or executive driving background is highly desirable. Candidates must be exceptionally trustworthy, discreet, security-conscious and able to maintain complete confidentiality regarding the CEO’s movements and personal affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, discreet and punctual chauffeur services.
  
• Plan and adapt routes according to traffic and changing schedules.
  
• Maintain strong security awareness and identify potential risks.
  
• Ensure secure and discreet pick-up and drop-off arrangements.
  
• Maintain the vehicle to an exceptional standard.
  
• Work closely with the CEO, their office and assistants.
  
• Assist with errands, logistics and practical support as required.
  
• Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  
• Work collaboratively with the second chauffeur to ensure seamless coverage.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an executive chauffeur, security driver, close-protection driver or similar.
  
• Experience with CEOs, VIPs or HNW individuals advantageous.
  
• Excellent knowledge of London and surrounding areas.
  
• Full UK driving licence and clean driving record.
  
• Enhanced DBS check.
  
• Excellent judgement, discretion, reliability and communication skills.
  
• Professional appearance and manner.
  
• Security/First Aid qualifications desirable but not essential.
  
• Flexible to work shifts between 6am and 11pm, Monday to Friday.
  

The roles are Monday to Friday on a shift basis, with working hours between 6am and 11pm. Flexibility is essential, as schedules may change and occasional late finishes may be required.

Salary

£40k+ gross per annum, depending on experience.
