Store Manager – Retail

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €45,000 – €50,000 per annum

Teamworx is recruiting an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager on behalf of a rapidly expanding international retail brand with a growing presence across Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to play a key role in launching a brand-new store, building and developing a high-performing team, and contributing to the continued growth of a successful international retailer.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous Store Management experience within grocery, pharmacy, discount or large-format retail
  

• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills
  

• Proven commercial awareness, including sales, budgets and KPI management
  

• Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced retail operations
  

• Ability to recruit, motivate and develop successful teams
  

• Excellent organisational and operational management skills
  

• A customer-focused approach with high standards of store presentation
  

• Flexibility to travel internationally as part of the onboarding programme

• Lead the successful setup and launch of a new retail location

• Deliver exceptional customer service and operational standards
  

• Coach and motivate employees to achieve their full potential
  

• Maintain excellent merchandising and store presentation standards
  

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
