Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We support government agencies and public sector organizations by building dependable staffing pipelines for critical operations and support roles.

We are currently connecting with Dispatchers and Public Safety Support Professionals in Grand Marais, Minnesota, and the surrounding 10-mile areas for upcoming opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we are building a pre-screened candidate pool for future client and contract needs.

Preferred qualifications:

Dispatch, emergency response, or call center experience

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Ability to stay calm under pressure

Experience handling high-volume calls

Familiarity with CAD systems or public safety software is a plus

Open to various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
